    Mrs. Robertson has requested a letter of reference, and I am most pleased to provide this. I have known
    Mrs. Robertson since the summer of 2012 when she began working as a Peer Evaluator in the
    Hillsborough County School District under my direct supervision.
    As a Peer Evaluator, Mrs. Robertson has completed nearly 900 classroom observations in various
    subject areas in our K-12 classrooms. She provides oral and written feedback by collaborating with
    teachers to identify strategies and resources to increase student learning and improve classroom
    instruction. Mrs. Robertson has a great rapport with the classroom teachers on her caseload as they have
    been extremely receptive to her concise and timely feedback. Mrs. Robertson is organized and efficient
    in performing all tasks at a high level and consistently meets all timelines required.
    Mrs. Robertson has strong communication skills and has provided training for district staff and fellow
    peers in the areas of rigor, engagement, questioning, and assessment. Willing to go above and beyond,
    Mrs. Robertson volunteered to serve as a mentor peer, assist with other peers caseloads, and work with
    district content supervisors on rubric calibration.
    Without reservation I recommend Mrs. Robertson for an administrative position. Her professionalism,
    knowledge, and passion for teaching and learning makes her an exceptional candidate. I would be
