It is without hesitation that I write a letter of recommendation for Ms. Lindsey Robertson. I have had the
pleasure of working with Ms. Robertson for the past four years in her capacity as a Peer Evaluator. Ms.
Robertson has been a leader in a cadre of over 150 peer evaluators who have been instrumental in
implementing the Gates Foundations Empowering Effective Teachers Grant in Hillsborough County
Public Schools.
Lindsey demonstrated excellence in her role as a teacher and school leader; thus, qualifying her for the
position of Peer Evaluator within our district. As one of her supervisors, I have had the distinct pleasure
of observing Ms. Robertsons skill in collecting evidence of student learning, communicating with
multiple stakeholders and leading the cadre in various leadership roles. Lindsey has consistently sought
opportunities to share knowledge and empower others towards professional development. She has a
keen ability to distinguish among levels of performance and collaborate with observed personnel
towards a shared understanding of best practice. In addition, Ms. Robertsons recordkeeping, time
management and organizational skills are at an exemplary level and contribute significantly to her
overall success.
