Turbulence is omnipresent. It comes in everybodys life individuals, products, brands, organizations, communities or
even nations. Tough times never last, turbulence is also a
time to be managed with utmost care and best of the
competencies.
Bonding is the most powerful Mantra for leadership in
turbulent times.
Trust acts as a shock absorber in turbulent times.
Commitment
Transparency relates to openness and completeness in
communication. Turbulent times often result into
communication gaps leading to confusion, conflicts and
chaos.

properly motivated and sufficiently guided they
want in their life.
Incorporation of sporting spirit in competition and
thereby resulting into healthy environment.
Driver of change.
Young people have energy to try out new things
and the patience to learn from mistakes.
Have character to stand against evils.
