    Dear Mr. Coupe:
    Pursuant to a resolution adopted by the Board of Education of the Appoquinimink School District on
    July 12, 2016:
    New Castle County is authorized and directed to levy and collect from all eligible owners of taxable
    property located within the boundaries of the Appoquinimink School District for the year beginning
    July 1, 2016 and ending on June 30, 2017, the following rates of tax per $100 (one hundred dollars)
    of assessed value on real property.

    Tuition
    Minor Capital Improvements Match
    Reading and Math Resource Teachers Match
    Technology Match
    Extra Time Match
