Greetings of peace!

The yearbook, THE OLOPSCIAN 2021 reserves a space where families and friends
may greet the graduate, advertise or promote or just post any photo with text.

Below is the procedure to avail of the one whole personalized page.

A. PROCEDURE
1. Pay P300.00 through any payment option. See payment guidelines below.

2. Email clear photo or screenshot of payment (must show date of payment) to

both the Cashier hscashier@olopsc.edu.ph and the Yearbook Committee
shs@olopsc.edu.ph and attach layout in png format. State information as follows

Subject: HS Yearbook Ads and Greetings

Sending of the proof of payment and the layout is applicable even if

payment was done at the OLOPSC Cashier.

B. LAYOUT STANDARDS
● Size of the yearbook is 9 inches x 12 inches
● Hardcopy print of the yearbook will be in black and white
● Send the final layout in png format.

C. DEADLINE
Deadline for payment and submission will be on or before June 30, 2021.

2. Come at least 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment and bring the complete
necessary documents including your own ballpen.
3. Go directly to the Cashier and make the payment transaction.

OLOPSC accepts onsite payment in CASH, CHEQUE and CREDIT CARD. Cheque is payable
to Our Lady of Perpetual Succor College, Inc.
