RE : Midterm Examinations for First Semester AY 2021 – 2022

The Midterm Examinations for the first semester AY 2021 – 2022 are scheduled on the 11th
to 16th
of October, 2021 (Monday to Saturday). Examinations for Saturday classes will be arranged
between teachers and students.

TEACHERS:

Please check the status of the pre-midterm dues of the students through the classlist with
payment status tab in ISMIS and remind them of their payment dues. To access the classlist with
payment status, click Features > Faculty Related > View Faculty Load > 1st semester 2021, and click
the printer icon beside the course.

Midterm grades must be submitted within two (2) weeks after the examination schedule. The
deadline for the encoding of midterm grades in ISMIS is on the 30th of October 2021 (Saturday).

STUDENTS:

Kindly check and settle your payments on or before the examination schedule. To view your
dues, please log in to your ISMIS account then go to Student Task Tab > Other > Assessment > 1st
semester 2021. You may pay onsite in any of the four (4) campuses, online via ISMIS payment portal,
or through our offsite payment channels. Please refer to the payment instructions indicated and be
guided with the posting lead time.

To check your running balance, you may also refer to your Student Ledger. To access the
student ledger, go to Student Task Tab > Other > Assessment > 1st semester 2021 and select
Student Ledger. For payment queries, please email offsitecol@usc.edu.ph.
