1. This is to announce the Conduct of submission of papers monthly for the Search for
Outstanding Teacher-School Level for the SCHOOL YEAR 20121-20202

2. The search is open to all teaching staff of Pulong Gubat Elementary School.

3. The criteria for search are as follows:

a. Dedicated teacher with outstanding accomplishment.

b. Teachers who exerts help to his/her co-workers.
c. Teacher who serves as role model to his/her pupils, co-teachers and people in the
community teacher here who is of good reputation and morale.

4. Deadline for submission of papers will be on Every Second week of the Month
5. The outstanding Teacher will be given an award on the End of the Month
