I, Franklene C. Padillo one of your enrollees in Master of Arts in Education major in Technology
and Livelihood Education. Last August 2, 2022, I was able to pay my enrollment fee with
amount of Php1,750.00 (One Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-Seven Pesos) and with a
Reference code of ZQBFTR. Unfortunately, I sent my payment to UM-Panabo Campus.

Anent, I am writing this letter to request from your good office to kindly transfer my payment to
main campus.

I am enclosing herewith a copy of the bill’s payment receipt for your records and verification
purposes.
