Media Briefing - June 8

Directions

Parking will be in Car Park B1 in the new Queen Elizabeth Hospital

Birmingham. This car park is not accessible to the general public at the
moment. Please park as close to the bottom end of the car park as possible.

A map showing how to reach the car park is attached. Access is off Vincent
Drive. Please note that traffic through the immediate area can be extremely
heavy in the morning.

You will pass through a security gate, where the staff will check you in and
point you in the right direction for the car park.

This car park has a clear south-facing aspect for live link-ups if needed, but it
will not be possible to run cables into the hospital. Please make it clear if you
would like to do live broadcasts.

Times

09:30: All media to arrive and park in Car Park B1, then check in with
communications staff, who will escort you to Lecture Theatre 5 for the
briefing.

10:00: Off-camera briefing begins by New Hospital Project Director Morag

Jackson.

10:15: Off-camera Q&A with panel:
