    Rules:
    1. Know how to speak Lana !
    2. Be a Sinner
    3. Be Insane / Psycho
    4. No questions asked. Just know...
    5. You have to be Epic and be an epic
    fail at the same time.
    6. Must listen to music that doesn’t
    suck.
    7. Know to how spell (our words).
    8. Must be inappropriate / immature at
    the right time.
    9. Must like songs that have meaning.
    10. Can’t care about everything, but be
    serious at serious moments.
    11. Must be able to defend our
    Hooligan family.
    12. Fudge the world. ( P.s. Fudge is
    yummy )
    13. Must love Faygo.
    14. Must love dogs and hate cats and
    know what a foosa is.
    15. Can’t care what people say and be
    confident because you have Hooligan
    family.
