Healthy Stew

Ingredient Quanity
To a 8 Quart Dutch oven add:
Water 8 cups
Lentils 1.5 cups (300g)
Barley 1.5 cups (300g)
Yellow Onions diced 3
Celery diced 3 cups (300g)
Chicken breast diced 3-4 lbs
Black Pepper 2 teaspoons
Poultry Seasoning 2 teaspoons
Bring to boil
Cover and simmer for 25 minutes
Add:
Baby Carrots sliced 1 lbs.
Mushrooms diced 1 lbs.
Green Onions sliced 3 bunches
S&W Crushed Tomatoes 28 oz can
Bring to boil
Cover and simmer for 25 minutes
