Here’s a tasty recipe containing fat burning green tea leaves:

Green Tea Omelet


Ingredients:
 1 cup egg whites
 1 small onion, chopped
 1 red bell pepper, chopped
 2oz. whole leaf, organic, edible green tea leaves
 1 pinch teaspoon salt
 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:
1. Chop veggies to desired size
2. With non-stick cooking spray, grease pan.
3. Heat pan with high heat and wait until surface is
hot to the touch
4. Pour egg whites over pan
5. Add vegetables and green tea leaves
6. After one side is cooked, fold eggs and wait until
they are cooked thoroughly
