COMPENSATION PLAN
Dear PHPI representatives,
Once the company launches late this summer, there will be customer requirements
but for now those requirements are waived. We can just concentrate on getting
representatives plugged in to our business. Therefore this powerpoint presentation
does not show any of those requirements.
They talked about the company matrix but didn’t give any details about it. They
mentioned that there will be a company pool that everyone can swim in. There are
undoubtedly some other streams of income that will come to light as they further
unpack this compensation plan.
I hope that you can get a rough idea from the slides presented here about how the 3x9
matrix pays out and how the matching bonuses work.
