Dear Mayor Dioneda,

The National Tuberculosis Control Program of the Department of Health (DOH) is in the
process of orienting health workers on the Guidelines on Diagnosis and Management of
Tuberculosis in Children. This is to ensure standardized and quality implementation of the
program.

A 4-day Training of Doctors and Nurses will be conducted on July 5-7 & 9, 2010 and
another batch on July 12-14 & 16, 2010. Both batches will be held at Bituon Beach Resort at
Masbate City.

In this regard, may we invite Dr. Ruel Rebustillo to be one of the facilitators on July 8, 2010
and July 16, 2010 of the said training.

Food and accommodation, training materials and transportation expenses shall be charged
to DOH Sub-allotment Funds. Honorarium for facilitators will be charged to LHAPHS funds
subject to accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
