Greetings!

The Center for Health Development IV - CaLaBaRZon will conduct a “mhGAP Training
for New MHOs and CHOs (Batch 2)” activity on September 19-22, 2023 at Ciudad
Christhia, 9 Waves Resort, Brgy. Ampid, San Mateo, Rizal.

We recognize the need for an inclusive and integrated approach to addressing the
growing concerns with mental health issues. The new doctors in our community will help
us in promoting mental health by improving the mental health state of the community by
preventing, detecting, and treating mental health problems and mental illness. As such,
the need for capacity building will give them guidance in addressing current mental health
challenges.

In line with this, may we invite Dr. John Calvin Lagutin, Municipal Health Officer to
attend this important training.

Food and accommodation at Ciudad Christhia, 9 Waves Resort will be provided while
travel expenses to and from the venue will be charged to the sending agency.
