AND UPCOMING COVID-19 VACCINATION SIMULATION
EXERCISES/ACTIVITIES

The MIMAROPA Regional Vaccine Operations Center (RVOC) just concluded its 2nd
Meeting today. In anticipation of the upcoming vaccination roll outs, our partner RVOC
member agencies inquired on the possibility of conduct of simulations particularly in the
delivery of the vaccines.

Our partner agency, particularly the PNP MIMAROPA, signified their intent to provide
assistance to ensure safety and security during the transport of the vaccines and other
logistical requirements relative to the CoVid 19 Vaccination.

Further, as agreed during meeting, there is also a need for feed backing and debriefing
process every after-simulation exercise conducted. Thus, LVOCs (Provincial and
Municipal) are to submit reports on the conducted and schedules of planned and upcoming
simulation exercises to RVOC. Reports on conducted simulation exercises may use the
template below.
