Back to School Crop

Cutting Out Alzheimer’s is hosting our Back to school Crop at Gallatin County High School. Proceeds from
this event will benefit the Alzheimer’s Association Greater Cincinnati Chapter. If you would like to be part
of this fantastic fundraiser, advance registration is required. Please fill out the registration form below
and mail it to the address indicated. Space is limited. Not only will you get 12 hours of fun, uninterrupted
scrapbooking time, but you will also be supporting a great cause and a great organization.
Please register by August 16, 2010

When: Saturday, August 28, 2010 9:00am — 9:00 pm; check-in begins at 8:30am
Where: Gallatin County High School — 70 Wildcat Circle, Warsaw KY 41095
Cost: $55.00 per person (sorry no refunds) - online registration coming soon!

Breakfast, lunch and dinner
12 hours of uninterrupted scrapbooking time
