BACKGROUND OF THE COMPANY

TH Properties Sdn Bhd is a company wholly owned by Lembaga Tabung

Haji and was incorporated on 31st October 1980.

THP main business is property development with authorized capital of RM

100 million and paid-up capital of RM40 million.

The company has completed housing projects located in Kedah, Penang,

Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan and
Pahang. Currently THP is developing its flagship project called @enstek, a
5,000 acres integrated township located adjacent to KLIA.

DEPARTMENTAL QUALITY OBJECTIVE

DIVISION/DEPARTMENT: Marketing & Sales
OBJECTIVE
1.0 To provide customer feedbacks to relevant departments
2.0 To ensure purchasers complaints are attended to and rectified within
the time period as stipulated in the SPA
3.0 To ensure information provided in marketing collaterals are consistent
with the agreed product design and specifications
4.0 To provide input at the various stages of product realization
5.0 To monitor competitors and market information

DEPARTMENT: FINANCE
OBJECTIVE
1.0 To produce accurate and timely financial management reporting.
2.0 To exercise prudence and tight control on development and operating
expenditure.
3.0 To manage cash cycle to the maximum (i.e. better match between the
numbers of days it takes to recover the debtors and the period it takes
to pay off the suppliers/contractors)
4.0 Management Information System (MIS) unit to work with Quality
Assurance Department to enhance all the processes of the Standard
Operating Procedures (SOP).
