Status Call Action Items

  Online Presence Review

Facebook - adjustments needed to metrics spread sheet – set up new columns per the following:
  # of interactions / admin status updates
  # of links / admin status updates
  # of comments / admin status updates
  Keep % of weekly growth in fan base
  Keep % of growth in fan base generated status updates (topics)
  Eventually will need to develop a report and criteria to measure on page sentiment. May need to be
manual at first until a tool is found.

Twitter – adjustments need to metrics and spread sheet


  Less focused needs to be placed on company profile and follower growth
  Switch efforts to focus on Klout Influence scores, SBS to generate report template under client
document creation hours.
  Each iCME will be responsible for tracking and reporting on their own influence growth, as well as
developing a tactical plan for that growth against Klout measurements. Plan will also be reported.
Bi-weekly intervals is suggested as a reporting timeframe.

  Blog Content Strategy


  SBS to organize ideas from brainstorm and build out an Editorial Outlook for the next 60 days
  Set up 30 minute conference call with Tim to organize ideas and discuss logistics of contest: “What
it means to be a CME”. Document to be created to estimate hours on process.

  Finalize Onsite Visit & Details


  Onsite visit set for Monday 10/16, full day with arrival at 8:30AM
  SBS to prep agenda and get to Tim by Wednesday.

  Review LinkedIn Group Progress


  Determined that Tim will remain the lead for the Letʼs Talk Conversational Marketing on LinkedIn
  Community manager resources set via email
  Tim to invite 5-10 new group members each week, with the goal of building relationships, and
facilitating discussion around what types of content members would like to discuss.

  Review Distribution of User Survey


  Presently 64 completed.
  Tim to talk to Dave about asking CMEʼs to take the survey by next Friday.
  Survey will close next Friday with a goal of 100% sample, though not likely to get 100%
  SBS will produce report by end of August for Incept review.
