STUTTGART, Germany, Aug 13, 2010 — Civil Air Patrol Flight coming to Stuttgart
A Civil Air Patrol Flight is being stood up in U.S. Army Garrison Stuttgart. CAP is for students
ages 12 to 18. CAP officials will be at the AAFES Main Exchange on Panzer Kaserne Aug. 14
from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. to provide information on the organization.

Activities include: learning how to fly, hiking, camping, develop leadership skills, and
learning about aviation careers.

Garrison hosts town hall meeting Aug. 19


U.S. Army Garrison Stuttgart will host a town hall meeting Aug. 19 at 5 p.m. in the Patch
Theater.

It's not too late to sign up for the Aug. 21 C.A.R.E. Fair
Agencies and organizations can still sign up for a booth at the Aug. 21 Community Activities,
Registration and Education Fair. Deadline to participate is Aug. 13. A registration form is
attached to this email.

The C.A.R.E. Fair is an excellent venue to promote your agency or organization's services to
the Stuttgart military community. The event is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the fest tent in the
AAFES Main Exchange parking lot on Panzer Kaserne.

A community flea market will also be held. For information on how to participate, call

AAFES will hold a Family Fair with activities and entertainment from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The
Family Fair includes door prizes, logo scavenger hunt, dance and fitness demos, karaoke
contest (2:30 p.m.) and back-to-school fashion show (4:30 p.m.).

The U.S. Army Garrison Provost Marshal's Office will conduct bike safety checks and a bike
registration from noon to 4 p.m.
