17 Alarm
Should anything unusual occur during operation, an alarm relay will be activated.
There are alarms for:

• Power failure
• Error on drive unit
• Release unit not closed
• Thermo error
• Max. running time

Alarm function:
In case of an alarm, there will be connection through the alarm relay and the red light diode behind
the relay will switch off. When the alarm is cancelled, the connection through the alarm relay will
be cut and the light diode will light again.

7.17.1 Power failure


When voltage is reestablished after a power failure, the following alarm menu will appear and the background
light will flash.

POWER FAILURE

Press . The alarm relay is deactivated, the background light continues to flash and the following menu
will appear:

1)CONTINUE
2)CANCEL

Press 1 and the actual action continues. Individual timings such as emptying, sensor delay, afterflow and re-
lease time will, however, always be reset.
Press 2 if cancellation of the ongoing action is required when voltage is reestablished.
