DESCRIPTIVE APPROACH:- Under this article use of questionnaire and opinionnaires has been
used to deal with RBI people for better understanding of financial
system. Conclusion Yes the article is justified by the facts and figures and is compared with various industries with global industries. Every business needs domain in understanding and expertise. But, leadership goes much beyond that. There’s vision, there are people who need to be inspired, new leaders to be spotted and groomed.
