Internet Explorer Connection Security Settings

In order to enable your Internet Explorer can be truly perform Download and Upload from InfoChain
Express website, please ensure the following browser security settings are correct.

1. Ensure your Internet Explorer is Version 5.5 or above

2. “Start” -> “Settings” -> “Control Panel” -> “Internet Options”
3. In Internet Options, choose the tap “Security”, highlight “Internet”, and press “Custom Level”

4. Please enable the following options:

a. Download signed Active X controls
b. Download unsigned Active X controls
c. Initialize and script Active X controls not marked as safe
d. Run Active X controls and plug-ins
e. Script Active X controls marked safe for scripting
f. Active Scripting
g. Allow paste operations via script
h. Scripting of Java applets

5. Set the same to “Local Intranet”

6. Choose the tap “General” and click “Delete Files”.
7. Check the box of “Delete all offline content” to clean up your temporary files, then click “OK”
8. Press “Apply” and “OK” afterwards
9. Ensure your company firewall opens Port “2080” and “2443” for access.
10. Finally, ensure your Anti-virus software is enable for Active X control loaded into your PC
11. Reboot your PC and reconnect to Internet and try again.
