Methodology:
The Electronic Notice can display messages at various places by capturing the messages from
one place.
Electronic mailing system sends the mails spontaneously without requiring the parties be
available at the same instant.
Furthermore mails can be sent to more people at the same time.
Mails and notices can be sent to designated groups where the message is relevant to only that
group.
It also leaves a written copy of the sending mails that can file away.
Administrative privileges will be assigned to suitable users and login features will be provided to
all users.
It is much cheaper and faster than the manual system.
Although electronic mail can be viewed as just a special case of the file transfer, the ultimate
senders and receivers are always people, not Machines. This fact has resulted in electronic mail
systems being constructed as two distinct, but closer related parts: One providing for the human
interface composition, editing and reading mail and one for transforming mail that means
managing mailing lists and providing notification delivery.
Application:
E-Notice system provides services to employees/student of Organization/Colleges.
In this system, messages can be delivered automatically to desired locations through E-notices.
These E-notices can be general notifications, updates on attendance, marks, and co curricular
and extra-curricular activities.
This system also supports delivery of notices to cell phones through Short Messaging Service
(SMS).
