•Decrease in Net Operating Revenue, Gross Profit, Selling, General and


Administrative expenses so…
•Increase in unit costing volume, net assets, cash and cash equivalent
and short term investment, long term debt, Net income per share, Total
current liabilities so….
•Hiring 1 individual person for each bottling plant to keep a close watch
on each of them and to maintain a healthy relationship with them.
•They suffered largely because of the negative effect of the currency
which was due to the economic slowdown. This factor should have
been managed well by keeping the currency within the country and
brought in dollars when situations would have improved.
•Being a Brand the cost is higher but during the slowdown the margins
should have been reduced to which would have kept the revenues to
the same level.
