AESTlt4CT: D e s c r i p t i o n of t h e model of a p o l y c r y s t a l l i n e
semiconductor f i l m assuming t h a t t h e g r a i n s and t h e boun-
d a r i e s between them have d i f f e r e n t c o n d u c t i v i t i e s and
Hall mobilities. The e f f e c t of g r a i n b o u n d a r i e s on t h e
measured v a l u e s of c o n d u c t i v i t y , H a l l m o b i l i t y , and
c o n c e n t r a t i o n of c u r r e n t c a r r i e r s i s e s t i m a t e d . Using
t h i s model, t h e r e l a t i o n between H a l l m o b i l i t y and
t h e i l l u m i n a t i o n i n t e n s i t y i n p o l y c r y s t a l l i n e cadmium
s e l e n i d e i s determined w i t h allowance f o r t h e p r o d u c t i o n
