Hospitals are doing PR,
they need to be doing PE (patient education)

What can hospitals do?

health related information
• Engage patients in online conversations
about:
– Their health
– Their healthcare experience
– Offering support they need
What can hospitals do?
• Partner with online resources:

– Google Health

• Develop Mobile Apps (Banting)
