TERMS & CONDITIONS
Eligibility Criteria

Aquarium categories eligible for participation in the contest:

a) Freshwater tropical aquariums (Community, Biotopic, Planted);
b) Saltwater/reef aquariums;
c) Aqua terrariums

Each participant must give at least a minimum amount of information regarding his aquarium.
This should be
a) Name and locations of the participant.
b) Fresh (Community, Biotopic, Planted) or Saltwater/reef
c) Volume of tank
d) Names and number of fish in the tank
e) Name and number of plants in the tank
f) Kind of technical equipment used filter – external, internal, gravel, air driven,
Lamps- lighting, skimmer,
C02 Supply for planted aquariums
g) Decoration elements (stones type, wood/roots, shells).
h) Kind of substrate (size, type, colour)
i) Time passed from initial aquarium setup (aquarium age)

Requirement
a) Two photographs of the contestant's aquarium 1 front view and 1 side view.
b) The photographs must be of post card size (3.5" × 5.0" ) and of 300 dpi pixels.
c) Last day for entries is 31st October 2010.
d) 60 entries with pre-evaluation will proceed to the semi final.
e) 15 finalists will be announced on or before 01 January 2011.

On site contest details

a) All 15 finalists will be provided with a 100 litre Aquarium fitted with an internal pump, cover and light.
b) Each finalist must bring their own material for display.
c) Each finalist will setup and present his aquarium for the final judgement.
 Prizes
Three winners will be declared and will receive the following prizes or gift vouchers for equivalent amount.
First prize – 130 liters complete aquarium set by SERA
Second prize – 130 liters complete aquarium set by SERA
Third prize – 60 liters complete aquarium set by SERA
All 15 contestants will receive assured gifts.

It is understood that contestants entering the competition haveaccepted all rules & eligibility criteria.
