Average length of queues Cashiers I will once again ask the manager to
get the cashiers to acquire the

No. of staff per shift Manager I will ask for the managers for the
shift timetable and compile the
average number of staff per shift.

Length of time to serve 1 Cashiers I will take a survey of say 100

customer customers and find the average
time to serve one.
