Sub: Intimation regarding construction of the portion of the Ground floor,
1st floor and a Puja room at 2nd floor of my residential building (Holding
No-177/18/4/1,I.C.Road,Rahara,Khardaha,24 Pgs (N),under Khardaha
Municipality,Ward No-4,West Bengal ) and issuance of a “No Objection
Certificate” as well as a “Permanent Employment Certificate” indicating the
Date of retirement of the undersigned for the purpose of taking “Home Loan”
from the concerned Bank / Financial Institution.
Ref: My earlier letter dated 26/06/2009.
In continuation to my earlier letter dated 26/06/2009 for the subject matter ,I am now
submitting the following papers / documents for your necessary action and for your
ready reference for the purpose of processing my case further.The estimated cost of
construction is Rs.4.80 lacks which I have mentioned in my earlier letter will be met
by me from the following sources:-
(1)”Home Loan” applied and will be taken from Bank :Rs:-4,00,000/-
concerned (Union Bank of India)
(2)Amount ,which was saved and will be saved Rs:-30,000/-
by me from my monthly salary of June 2009,
July 2009 and August 2009@ Rs:-10,000/-
per month.
(3)Interest free loan from my father Sri Manoranjan Rs:- 25,000/-
Dutta in two equal Installments .
(4) Amount which was saved and accumulated by Rs:-25,000/-
my wife Smt.Sefali Dutta from daily expenses
through Recurring Diposite @ Rs:-350/-per
month for five years.
