FIRQHE AHALE HADEES KA SEENAY PAR HAATH

BANDHNA

Seenay par haath bandhney ki hadees puri sehahye sittha yane Bukhari, Muslim,
Tirmizi, Abu-dawood, Nasai, Ibn Maja, mein kahin bhi sahi hadees moujood nahin
hai. Sehahye sittha kay alawa bhi kisi sahi hadees mein seenay par haath baandhna
sabith nahin hai. Agar sehahye sittha mein seenay par haath baandh nay ki sahi
hadees kisi saheb ko mil jaaye toh bandhe tak pahounch cha de. Bandha iss ko ruju
karlega, aur yeh firqha Ahle Sunnat wal Jamaat par ilzaam yeh lagata hai ke naaf ke
neeche haath bandhney ki ek hadees bhi nahin hai yeh sarasar jhoot hai., Inshallah
hum agay naaf key neechay haath bandhney ki hadees ko zikar karengay. Jiss say yeh
baath waazay ho jayegi kay hum par inka yeh ilzaam bilkul ghalath hai. Aur kitne
afsoos ki baath hai kay iss firqhe ka daawah toh sirf sahi hadees ka hai aur amal zaieef
hadees par hai. Allah har muslmaan ko iss firqhe ki gumraahi say mahfooz farmayeh
.(aameen)

NAAF KE NEECHAY HAATH BAANDH NEY KI AHADEES

1) Abu Dawood hadees No. 645 abu juhaifah se marwi hai kay bila shuba Hazrath
Ali® nay farmaya sunnat yeh hai kay namaz mein hatheli par hatheli naaf kay
neechay baandhay.

2) Tirmizi Hadees No. 234 Hazrath Halab® se marwi hai kay Rasoolullah
(S.W.S) humko namaz padhtaythay toh aap apne dahinay haath se apne bayein
haath ko pakadtaythay iss hadees kay tayhath Imam Tirmizi(Rh) farmatey
hai kay hadees halab® hadees hasan hai, aur issi par bohath se ahle ilm sahaba
tabaeen, aur tabetabaeen ka amal hai, aur unme baaz ka amal naaf ke upar
haath bandhnay ka hai aur baaz ka amal naaf ke neechey haath bandhnay ka
hai. (NOTE) Imam Tirmizi (Rh) ne seenay par haathbandhney ka amal bayan
nahin kiya is liye ke yeh amal sahaba ® , Tabaeen, aur Tabehtabaeen mein se
kissi ka nahin tha.

2) Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaiba Vol No.1 page No. 427 Hazrath Alqamah Ibn Waiel
apne walid Waiel Ibn Hujr se riwayath karte hain unhoney farmaya main ney
nabi (S.W.S.) ko dekha ke aap namaz mein apna dahinay haath bayein haath
par naaf ke neechay rakhteythay . (NOTE) Waiel Bin Hujr® ki sahi ibn
khuzaima mein Alasadrehi wali riwayath zaieef hai. (Iss Qisam ki aur
riwayath mundhdarjah zaiel kitaboun mein bhi moujood hai.)

mein *Imam Tahawi ne ahkamul quran Vol No.1 page No 187 mein *Imam
Ibn Qayyim ne Badaeul fawaayed Vol No.3 page No.73 mein iss riwayth ko
sahih kaha hai, aur Hazrath Alqamah Ibn Waiel wali riwayath ko ahle hadees
alim Abdur Rehman Mubarak Puri ne apni kitaab tohfatul ahwazi vol. No. 2
page No. 75 mein iss ki sanad ko qawi aur mazbooth kaha hai aur qaaim sindhi
ahle hadees alim ne iss riwayth ko Tahtas surrah ke lafz ke saath asal nuskhay
mein dekhne ka iqraar kiya hai

Seenay par haath bandhna farz hai, wajib hai, yah sunnat hai? (2) Jo log seenay )1
