Sub: - Financial assistance and permission to attend a workshop on DIP being

conducted in I2IT Pune.

Sir,
With due respect we the students of seventh sem. would like to bring to your
kind attention that a workshop on Digital Image Processing is to be held during 1 st to
5th October conducted by I2IT (International Institute of Information Technology)
Pune. Sir, we are keen interested to join the workshop as it would give us bright
exposure regarding the subject. Sir, here we would also like to mention that
previously we have done a workshop on Embedded and VLSI Design in Robotics from
the same institute. After attending the workshop we took the initiative to start the
Robotics Club @ NIT Agartala and have conducted tutorials on robotics for the first
and second year students. Now as we will attend this workshop on Digital Image
Processing which is of most importance in the field of Robotics, we believe that we
can spread the knowledge to students here.
Therefore Sir, we would kindly request you to permit us to attend the
workshop during the period. As we are having financial problem for the course fee
and for the transportation, hence we also request you to provide us the required
funding the details of which has been attached with the application. We would be
highly obliged for your kind help.
