About the College

UGC SPONSORED Smt.G.S. College was established in Jaggayyapet,


TWO-DAY NATIONAL SEMINAR Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh, India in 1968 with a noble aim
of catering to the higher educational needs of the weaker
ON sections of the society in this backward area. Presently it offers
PRESENT TRENDS IN Intermediate, U.G & P.G. Courses in various disciplines.
MATHEMATICS AND ITS Located very close to the town on a 15 acre area, it has excellent
APPLICATIONS infrastructural facilities like well-equipped labs, well-stacked
library, spacious class rooms the internet, the language lab and
vast playground. Above all, the college has a tempting ambience

Jaggayyapet is 4 kms away from Chillakallu which lies
on the High Way No.9 connecting Hyderabad and Vijayawada.
It is a small town surrounded by several holy places like Lord
Lakshmi Narasimhaswamy Temple, Vedadri, Lord Venkateswara
swamy temple, Tirumalagiri, Bhavani Mukteswaraswamy
Temple, Muktyala and Sri Lakshmi Tirupathamma –
Gopaiahswamy Temple, Penuganchiprolu. In its neibourhood
there are a large number of Cement Industries which have
brought a recognition for the town at the national level.

Organised by It is specialized in the fields of Rings and Modules,
