Auctiva Commerce allows you to create a report that will display sales information for a given month. This type of
report can help you analyze sales performance on your store. This tutorial will show you how to create a "Monthly
Sales" report.
The "Monthly Sales" report is a list of sales information separated by the days in a particular month. A "Monthly
Sales" report includes the date, number of orders, product subtotal amount, shipping cost, tax, discount, coupon,
other charge, profit and total amount fields.
Creating a "Monthly Sales" report will display sales information per day of the specified month. A bar graph that
displays the total amount of sales (y-axis) versus the date (x-axis) is positioned above the report.
Go to Reports >Sales> Monthly Sales. This will load the "Monthly Sales" report.
Month: Select the month that will display results in the report.
Year: Select the year that will display results in the report.
You can use the Previous and Next buttons to move between months.
Date: This column displays each day of the month selected.
Orders: This column displays the number of orders completed.
Products: This column displays the total charges for products.
Shipping: This column displays the total charges for shipping costs.

Coupon: This column displays the total amount given by coupons used.

the shipping, handling, tax, cost of goods and other non-product charges from the total amount of the order.
Total: This column displays the total amount of orders for that date.
Click on the Details button for a particular date if you want to view the sales details for this day. This will load
the "Daily Sales" report.
You can click on the browser back button to return to the "Monthly Sales" report.
This completes the task of creating a "Monthly Sales" report.
