HOW CAN WE
PREVENT THIS!
WHY DO PEOPLE COMMIT
SUICIDE?
 mentally sick. Some say that its important to take therapy, but for
some people that doesn’t even work. If therapy cant help people
stop making suicide then what can prevent this from happening?
 Some people at times are so stressed that they commit suicide
because of problems or things that happen or have happened in
they're life.
MENTAL
DEPRESSION

depressed .
•Sometimes family, friends, or others make
people feel sad.
MENTAL DEPRESSION CAN
BE CAUSED BY SO MANY
THINGS.
FOR INSTANCE, FRIENDS OR
FAMILIES DEPRESSED
THEM THAT YOU THINK
ABOUT IT AND YOU START
TO FEEL SAD, WORRIED,
STRESSED, SORROW THAT
YOU END UP HURTING
YOURSELF.
Everybody gets depressed at one
point in there life, but its genetic.
You can tell when someone it
stressed, or depressed. They show
signs, for example they show you by
their moods or how the act or react.
They act mean, aggressive, and
angry.
Usually people who are depressed
either mentally or not, they want to
be left alone.
FAMILY PROBLEMS.
Why do people commit suicide?..because
they're depressed..why?. Because of family
problems or it can either be friends or
because of boyfriend or girlfriend.

• A lot of people have family problems.
•This area mostly affect kids, teenagers than adults.
• When people have family problems they cry feel
depressed and angry that they cry and they don’t
know what to do so they commit suicide. They
commit suicide because they don’t understand the
concept of the consequences that can happen.
Some kids or teenagers or even adults act before
realizing the consequences.
BOY FRIEND? OR
GIRLFRIEND?.
some times people feel depressed because of
the relationships they are going through. This
happens mostly to the majority of the
population of teenagers. Teenagers are either
depressed or sad because they’re girlfriend or
boyfriend broke up with them. I've herd that
sometimes teens go crazy and they hurt them
selves because they don’t have the loved ones
that they wish to be with the most. Not just
teenagers, but also in marriages.
FRIENDS?
• Friends

can be the cause of depression and suicide.
Sometimes friends aren’t friends like they say they are
to be. How do you feel when friends betray you? It
hurts? Do you get mad? How would you react? What
would be your action towards it? See that’s the
problem! We act without thinking about the
consequences. When people have problems with they're
friends that they love and care and all of the sudden
they betray you or something you become enemies.
Once you become enemies you feel like hurting (her or
him), but instead you turn out to hurt your self. Hate
leads you to no wear. It just fills up your heart with
anger, depression, and sadness. After that it can lead to
fights and both either you or you friend. Ask your self
this: How can we make ourselves a better person in
life?
• Good things happen to good
people with good hearts.
WHAT ARE WAYS THAT YOU

CAN RELEASE DEPRESSION,
STRESS, AND ANGER?
SPORTS!
There's a lot of ways to keep your mind on things that
way you don’t feel angry or depressed or sad at all.
Release your anger and stress on sports such as,
Soccer
Football
Basketball
Baseball
volleyball
.
Boxing
Wrestling
Karate
Martial arts
Dancing
All of these things help you release the anger and
stress. You see there are ways you can help
yourself without hurting yourself.
READING
Reading releases stress because you r
focusing on one aspect. You focused and
centered. Reading improves your knowledge
and improves your reading skills, so
basically it help you in a way.
HOW DO WE PUT AN END TO
THIS?
 There's a lot of ways to
prevent things like these. If
we help each other things
would workout better. There
is therapy, and people in
confidentiality. Find some
one you think would help
you realize, understand, and
overcome in your life and
fears. Its never too late to do
a change in your life. The
question is: “how do you
help yourself without
hurting yourself”?
THERAPY:
Do you think that therapy works? What's your opinion?
The majority of people say that it doesn’t work. They say
it doesn’t work because they annoy you and ask you
questions over and over again until you get irritated. Its
really not like that. If you ask for help in anyway, people
are able to help you in anyway that they can. They just
want what’s right for you, but we think that what we need
is right when sometimes its not.

What do you do in therapy?


a. They give you advice
They tell you what’s best for you.
They support you
They make sure your safe or don’t hurt yourself in any
way.
FRIENDS:
Sometimes we don’t have that much trust in
a lot of people. Well if you are one of those
people that’s why you have friends. If your
friends are the friends they say to be then
they would help you in anyway that they
can. Sometimes people trust more their
closest friends, or relatives. When you have
problems think! Before you act. Ask for help
don’t be afraid of what people might say
because its for you health. And a lot of
people care about you believe it or not.
RELIGION
If you feel like you have no one that can
help you, there's always some one who will
help you and that’s God. As for my opinion,
I believe in miracles and for God nothing is
impossible. Believe the impossible and you
will see the impossible in your life. All it
takes is to believe.
