    The F&D BU is requesting to move the store hours associated with a Phase III rollout of an SBM project from August to September/October. The rationale provided is that existing timelines do not support an August rollout.     Phase III SBM rollout from August to September/October.

    Rationale:

    Existing implementation timelines do not appear to support an August rollout of a Phase


    III version of SBM.

    Additional Questions:

    1) Can we move all “August” hours to the September/October timeframe? If not,


    can we move a portion of these hours?
    2) Can we trade hours with another BU?
    3) What are the options around usage of third party contractors?
