CONCLUSION

As a conclusion, in this project we learned and gained a lot of knowledge form Project
Management which involve a lot of parties for one project and also apply the basic
knowledge when we learn in class into the project. Each party plays an importance
role and responsibilities in order to ensure the project run smoothly and completed on
time. Furthermore, in nation’s Law the title of project must be in Bahasa Malaysia for the
submission.

Besides that, in this project we learned how to use Microsoft Project 2003 which is we
not so familiar with. This is something new for us because we just heard before but we
have the chance to explore that software in terms of it usage and capability. Exploring the
software itself is so challenging as we need to go through the icons one by one in order
to finish this project. It’s an effective tool for project management and rather than do
it manually we can do it faster with computer.

Through this project we realized that each stage of construction had a problem is depends
on how we solve it in terms of technical view as an engineer. The problems at the site are
different from one site to other site and the problem will also different and as an engineer
we must listen to other people’s opinion especially the contractor so we can decide how
to solve it with a minimum cost and also by considering the factor of safety.
