Dear Hiring Manager,

Your company advertisement for junior project manager position caught my attention. I believe
that my work experience and skill set make me an ideal candidate for the job.

I have experience in making software projects, which I mostly have a managerial part in as
project manager. Another project I have done is a software development project called
Electricity Planning Costs. In this project I was entrusted with being a project manager, where
this time our client is a lecturer in the civil engineering department. Starting from formulating
client needs, then creating a requirements document, breaking down the needs into WBS and
compiling a schedule. After the schedule is made, the team develops a system using the Scrum
method, where we do sprints every 2 weeks, in which there are stand-up meetings, monitoring
using trello and github for file flow. At the end of the sprint we hold a meeting with the client
to show the progress of the project and we also do a retrospective after the meeting with the
client. We were given approximately 3 months to work on this project including the time to do
our test using espresso on Android Studio for testing. In this project I am also in charge of
testing as well. Many of the lessons I learned from this project, from managing members' skills
to negotiating client desires, became new experiences for me.

The reason I want to join this company, first I had a very big interest in managerial software
projects, until now independently I continue to learn about this, both from online seminars to
online courses. Both Solusi Teknologi Nusantara have a vision to produce the best projects and
also develop the best IT team. I really want to learn many things in this company.

If given the opportunity, I will do the best I can in my contribution to the company, to achieve
the company's vision of becoming a leading and most comprehensive IT company. Thank you
