Introduction to disease.
 What do you mean by the term disease?

It means that the unhealthy condition


of the body. When a person is not
healthy for a long time. The word “dis
ease” means that dis is the word which
means no & ease means comfort.
Types of illness
(diseases).
 Heart disease.
 Swine flu.
 Conjunctive eyesight.
 Typhoid.
 Malaria.

Infectious diseases are caused when
a person is ill & do not takes care of
his/her health. i.e. if he/she sneeze
& doesn’t keeps hanky on his/her
nose & mouth the infection spreads
to the other person standing in
front of that infectious person.

 Non infectious diseases
are those diseases which
do not spread from a
person to the other
person. e.g.:- cancer.
HEART DISEASES.
 The causes of the heart disease are
as follows;-
• Smoking, (inhaling of harmful gas)
• Eating of more & more over of fatty
food items.
SWINE FLU.
• The cause of the disease is that the
connection of human’s with the pigs.
• As many people’s are used to eat pigs.
CONJUNCTIVE EYESIGHT.
 Its an infectious diseases.
 It spreads from a person to a person
very fast.

TYPHOID
It is a diseases which is caused by the bacteria
or by drinking polluted water or junk food.
 It is a type of a very high fever. & the
intestine is highly affected by it.
MALARIA.
 malaria is a recurrent fever caused
by a parasite transmitted by a
mosquito bite.
