This free verse poem celebrates a mother's twins as a gift from God. It describes the twins as small and soft like peaches, sweet-scented like roses, and cuddly like kittens. Though the mother experienced great pain giving birth to the twins, they bring her great joy and pride and are well-loved by others who enjoy pinching their cheeks in the streets. The twins are growing but the mother has not forgotten the sacrifices she made, and the twins remain a source of pride and beauty for their mother and a source of joy for others.

My sis is lucky She got two babies in one try! Yes the pain was great, but the gain was greater A dream of every mother The twin were cute and small like peaches Soft and white like snow Sweet scented like roses in the summer Cuddly and fluffy like Persian kittens Folks like to pinch them, in the streets, They are the pride of hers They are the beauty of her life Now, they are growing Not forgotten their mother’s sacrifices Very humble and polite Blooming in every’s heart Remain as their mother’s pride ever
