A minimum of six (6) teams is required for each division

ACCOMMODATION: Crowne Plaza – LaGuardia. All Reservations must be made by May 1, 2011 in order to
guarantee the tournament rate of $115.00 per night.

REGISTRATION: All Entry Forms and Fees are due by April 1, 2011 and are required in order to
reserve a spot for your team. Teams will be accepted into the tournament in the
order in which Entry Fees are received. Space is limited, so to ensure acceptance,
please send the Entry with the appropriate Fee, no later than April 1, 2011!

RESTRICTIONS: Players in their respective U-19, U-16 and U-14 Divisions must be of age by January
1, 2011, in accordance with USFHA rules.

CONFIRMATION: Teams will be notified of their acceptance no later than April 15, 2011.

REFUND POLICY: No refund will be granted after April 15, 2011.

ROSTERS/SCHEDULES All teams accepted into the tournament will be required to submit their tentative
team roster no later than May 1, 2011. The Tournament Schedule will be posted by
May 15, 2011

UMPIRES: Although not mandatory, each team is encouraged to provide an umpire who is willing
and interested in umpiring.
