    Roadmap to CPFR: Case Studies Assignment

    1) Read over your assigned case study.


    2) Address the following for informal presentation to class:
    a. What companies are involved in the CPFR implementation? Talk a
    little bit about them.
    b. What issues were these companies looking to solve by using CPFR?
    c. How was CPFR implemented?
    i. Can you look at specific activities and fit them to the CPFR
    model?
    ii. What was the scope of the implementation? What technology
    was used? What metrics were used to monitor the impact of
    the implementation?
    d. What were the results
