This document proposes integrating speech recognition and synthesis with a web browser using artificial intelligence to allow hands-free navigation for disabled users. It describes an existing system of normal web browsers navigated through physical inputs like typing and clicking. The proposed system would change these physical operations to voice-recognized commands and synthesize spoken responses, making browsing easier and more accessible through a user-friendly interface. It would consist of modules for the browser window, events, bookmarks, voice input/output, and plugins/addons, requiring Windows 98 or later, Oracle database, Firefox browser, and programming in Java and J2EE.

NAVIGATOR USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SUBMITTED BY J.DINESH V.GOKUL M.HARIHARAN OBJECTIVE
Speech technology allows hands free use of
computers.
Speech recognition and speech synthesis can improve
computing accessibility for users with disabilities
reduce the risk of repetitive strain injury and other
problems caused by current interface. THE EXISTING SYSTEM
The existing system is a normal web browser that are
used widely.
The navigation of those web pages can be
accomplished using hand driven process like keyboard typing and mouse events.
Doing those work are more complicated for physically
challenged persons. THE PROPOSED SYSTEM changing the physical operations into voice recognized operations for physically challenged persons
synthesize the voice of the person into text format
which recognize the many browser function
The user friendliness is provided by rich user interface
The system makes the overall functions much easier
