INDUSTRY ANALYSIS

In the past few years paintball has become one of the most exciting and adventurous games internationally. It is
being played in more than hundred countries with millions of players including men, women and children of all
ages. It is also being played professionally for corporate training as a team building technique. In Pakistan, paintball
industry is an emerging market and only few paintball fields are present. The industry is currently extremely
attractive and huge opportunities are present which can be very profitabe. However there are many paintball
manufacturers present in different cities of the country who usually manufacture equipments used in the paintball
game and then export to different countries worldwide. Other than that there a number of shops in various cities
like karachi, islamabad, sialkot etc where paintball equipments are being sold to the ordinary people and paintball
game arenas.

COMPETITOR ANALYSIS

Paintball is a new game for the Pakistani market although its being played in other countries for the past many
years. Paintball is currently being offered only in Karachi although there might be one opening soon in Lahore
which is said to be the Pakistan’s largest paintball field with the name battlefield. Since Spaltterball will be starting
its operations in Karachi therefore it will be facing direct competition from three competitors which are Arena
located on Karsaz road, Go Aish adventure park located on the main university road beside safari park and the
third palm arena which is located on the super highway. However all three of them are currently using the
rubberballs instead of the real paintballs which Splatterball would be using and introducing. Splaterball also faces
indirect competition from a number of outdoor and indoor games. Go Aish Park offers a wide range of other games
like, Quad bikes, high rope, wall climbing etc. Similarly Pal arena offers a wide range of adventurous games. Many
of the indoor gaming zones like playdium, wiredup etc are also indirect competitors of Splatterball.
