PROJECT REPORT

PRODUCT:- HAIR FALL CONTROL OIL.

Market Segmentation:

Age group: people between the age group of 20-40 will be considered.

Problem: All those who are suffering from hair loss.

Need base: people who are desiring such kind of hair oil so as to full fill their need.

Prospect:

Problem: : All those who are suffering from hair loss.

Willingness to buy: all those suspect who have the willingness to buy our product because they really
feel like that they want to get rid of hair loss

Potential to pay:- those who are financially sound and have potential to pay will become our prospect.

Question to be asked to suspect to know whether he can become a prospect.

Ques:- How long you have been suffering from hair loss problem?

Are you desperate to solve this problem?

Are you willing to buy this product?

What are your expectation?

challenges and over coming them?

Information need to be provided:- We have something very special for you which can cure your
problem, are you aware of our product its been used by many people, who have derived benefits out of
it and now they are having healthy hairs.

Challenges: convincing would be the most important problem because its not easy to convince a person
for such type of product but by making him realize that we care for him. Attach your shelf with the
emotion of the customer and makes him feel that we understand his need and ready to sort it out as
soon as possible

Analyzing:-
a) Question: What are the Questions that should be asked of Prospects to complete a Proposal to
submit to them?

What exactly he requires in our product ?

At what price he wants our product ?

What additionally value he is desiring ?

The degree of satisfaction he think off?

B) What is the Information you should provide to Suspects (if any)?

i)It is a product of high quality

ii)The price is reasonable and compatible

the product is highly reliable and surely will help you to recover your hair loss.

iv) we assure you that their would be know side effect.

c) What are the Challenges you will face, and how will you overcome them?

Problem and challenges would be the desired level of satisfaction as well as of expectation that is been
desired corresponding to the level of supply from the product.

Sol- making customer realize that we will provide him with true value that has been promised by us to
him. We will tell him if the price is not suited as he desired, we can bit reduce it but since our product is
of high quality we cannot reduce the price much. True value will be delivered to him. The need domain
of customer will be matched with the supplier domain and its intersection point would become our
proposal

Negotiation:

a) What are the Aspects of Value you identified for Customers, and for Seller in this project
scenario?

Customer:

Customer needs is problem to get solved that is of hair loss as well as other issues regarding price
negotiation as well as the reliability of the product need to be discussed on the part of customer.
Seller : selling his product at a profitable price with communicating true value to the customer and
providing him with expected level of satisfaction and convincing the customer to make him a regular
customer so as to ensure Future growth and referrals from the customers.

b) What are the Challenges you will face, and how will you overcome them?

It becomes really difficult to agree exactly every need and demand of the consumer and matching
buyers need domain with sellers domain became an issue of great worry.

Sol:

Make him understand the benefits that he will be getting from our products. There is no such other
product which provide assurance like us that the perceived value bythe customer will be much higher
than our competitors product

Closing:

Closing the sale after handling every single query. this is the stage when the product is been delivered to
the customer, receipt of the same is been issued and the proper notification of the identity of the
customer is been noted we give our product to him and our contact number with full details of the
company.

Challenges and overcoming them

It is really difficult to know that he actually desire to purchase or not he still fills like he is purchasing a
worthwhile product there are shadow’s of doubts in his mind

Sol:

Satisfy his every single question to make him understand that the product is of great value and will
surely recover his hair loss give him assurance about the reliability of the product once again and tell
him that their is no need to worry regarding the side effects of the product. Just think of your head
grownup with long healthy shiny hairs.
