    LU 1: INTRODUCTION TO DESIGN

     Creation
     Innovation
     Invention
     Plan
     Strategy
     Idea
     Solve problem
     Satisfaction
     Quality
     Value
     Simplification
     Modification
     Improvement
     Get into a group of five (5).
     Decide one (1) home appliance for each
    group.
     Each member of the group has to think of key
    points/ideas related to the chosen product
    and write on a post-it memo.
     Stick the post-it memo on the wall (in group).
     Identify relationships between the key points
    or ideas and link them using lines.
     Identify the type of relationship between
    points.
     Arrange items in category/group.
     Group brief presentation.
     Every group go around and look at other
    group’s works.
     Add, comment and suggest to the other
    groups.
     Use this brainstorming result to plan and
    guide your new product design framework.
