demonstrate knowledge and skills related to curriculum

θ Students design and construct an Algebra
game utilizing Geometer’s Sketchpad.
θ Solving problems correctly yields visually
awesome results.
θ Students would be graded on the development
of the digital game, and then for fun, extra
points for the winners!
7. Design a Web site that meets
accessibility requirements. (1, 5)
π Students design a Geometry Wiki for
fellow students.
π Students could add one Geometry
concept each; there is enough info for
many many students to participate.
π Geometry Wiki could be used as study
guide.
6. Analyze the capabilities and limitations of current and
emerging technology resources and assess their potential
to address personal, social, lifelong learning, and career
needs.(4, 5, 6)
σ Students investigate contemporary
mathematical software.
σ Students break into groups and analyze
different applicable aspects and pros/cons.
Students could choose from software
applications such as money management,
graphic art, educational, etc.
3. Select digital tools or resources to use for a
real-world task and justify the selection based on
their efficiency and effectiveness. (3, 6)
δ Students could use a 3D modeling software
program to build a virtual bridge, building, or
other structure of their choosing.
δ Different groups of students could work
together to see which group could construct
the most sound and aesthetically pleasing
structure.
