It has been our constant endeavour to understand the challenges and avenues in
the business world. We equip our programmes, pedagogy, and students with the

changing business environment. In light of this, our Executive Post Graduate
Programme (EPGP) programme has been created with the intention of preparing
experienced professionals for senior management roles who can lead
organisations in increasingly complex and conflicting situations. At the same time,
as the world becomes increasingly global and emerging markets measure up to
the developed economies, the dynamics of organisations and demands made on
them change. In these shifting times, IIMB's EPGP has been created as a
programme that enables students to derive the best from both the worlds.
