IMT is mindful to follow all

necessary precautions. The campuses have created an SOP to be MASK

IMT Ghaziabad holds the rich diversity in the backgrounds of academia
as well as corporate experience of faculty which further install in the
students a continuous desire to achieve excellence. IMT Ghaziabad has
63 faculty members on its full time role including 06 Adjunct faculty
members. 45 faculty members have industry experience, of which 05
Adjunct faculty members have vast experience of top positions in reputed
companies. 53 faculty members have experience with academics prior to
joining IMT Ghaziabad. 55 faculty members are PhD from top institutes/
universities of the country including 16 from IITs/IIMs.
IMT Ghaziabad provides an excellent ecosystem for research. Generation
and dissemination of knowledge is the primary focus of faculty at IMT
Ghaziabad. During the last more than five years, our faculty members
published 354 papers in national/ international refereed journals, 142
case studies, 60 articles in magazines/ newspapers etc. and 25 book

AT IMT
IMT is the place where the students involved in
their work round the clock. Life at IMT campus
may be hectic, downright hair-splittingly tiring but
it is never dull. Between the many assignments,
classes, position of responsibilities, committees, and
activities are gainfully employed on a regular basis.
Since it is a completely residential, with
accommodation for all the participants of the

The Centre for Enterprise and Business Improvement
is an industry-academia interface wherein faculty

Term Project’ (STP) or ‘Consultancy Project’ (CP) and

IMT Ghaziabad’s PGDM ExP program has consistently
shown high academic performance while building
recognition and a niche identity in the Industry. The
institute has provided immense support to students
with over five years of experience to accelerate their

opportunities, as evident by the placement statistics.
The 2019-2020 PGDM ExP Program cohort obtained
100% placements despite graduating during the peak
of Covid -19. As our placement process continues,
97.43% of outgoing 2021-22 batch students have
already received job offers even before the program’s conclusion. The current average CTC of the batch
stands at Rs 21.37 Lacs, with a median CTC of Rs 20.52 Lacs and a maximum CTC of Rs 40.8 Lacs. The
average CTC earned by the top 25% is Rs 29.21 Lacs, while for the top 10%, it is 33.80 Lacs. A 153% rise
in CTC demonstrates the program’s impact compared to their pre-qualification CTC. The cohort’s diversity of
