The Great Lakes PGDM (Online) spans 2
years, over which you will build strong
foundations in all the core business
management principles, as well as dive deep
into your chosen area of specialisation.
Through it all, you will also work on
intensive capstone projects, learn from
world-class case studies, and experience
the pressures of business decision-making
through simulations. The 2 years consist of:

• Specialisation: A well-crafted
sequence of 5 courses in your
area of specialisation.
• 2 Capstone Projects: One in each
year, these projects are integrative
and practical.

In each course, the concepts you need
to understand will be taught through a
series of short video lectures. They are
designed so you can watch, pause, take
notes, and re-watch as necessary.
• Live Virtual Classes (LVCs): Each week,
a live video lecture complements the
lecture videos. These sessions build on
the lecture videos and add an interactive
learning experience to the program.
• Discussion Forum: Learning through
discourse and discussion has proven
to be particularly beneficial in business
studies. You will be invited to participate
in a curated discussion as part of each
course. You are, of course, welcome to
initiate other discussions to enhance
peer learning.
• Case-Based Learning: Use of case
studies and simulations from Harvard
Business School and other top
institutions (Global and Indian) will help

reflective judgement skills.
Assessment Structure
Continuous assessment is an important
facet of this program. It is important that
